Question by goldmoderncoins: Need coin dealer or collector advice on this silver coin?
I am curious who minted the bullion? I am curious if there are any others available out there and where I would purchase them? I am curious about the estimated value of these coins? Finally, I am curious what the symbols on the rim of the coin indicate?

The coins has bald eagles on one side - then it says "Bald Eagles - No. 11 1971" on the other...it says "Sterling" on the rim followed by 3 symbols. The coin weighs in at exactly 2.3oz.

Why can't we use picture of Bald Eagle, USA Flag, Statue of Liberty, Liberty Bell, or whatever?
