IMO, the number 11 refers to the eleventh coin from the Bald Eagle or birds series made in 1971. The initial looks like Gilroy Robert's and the first symbol is i think a Franklin Mint hallmark. The second symbol refers to the year while the last symbol I guess means Proof. Sterling is 92.5% fine silver. Value is bullion or bullion+ depending on its significance to collectors.
